Terms of Service
Effective date: 20 September 2026. Last updated: 20 September 2026.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of ArcWall (“we”, “us”) covering your access to and use of the ArcWall website, workbench, AI canvas, and related generation, storage, and publishing features (the “Service”).
By registering, signing in, clicking to accept, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity required under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Persons under 14 may not use the Service. Persons aged 14 or over who are still minors may use it only with a guardian’s consent and supervision; the guardian is responsible for that use.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
3. Accounts
Registration and sign-in are provided through a third-party identity service. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. Subject to our reasonable care, activity under your account is treated as your own. Losses from sharing, lending, or failing to secure the account are yours.
If we detect abuse, theft, or other security risk, we may freeze the account, require re-authentication, or limit features.
4. The Service
The Service offers AI generation of images, video, and audio, plus prompt optimisation, workbench management, node-based canvas workflows, and a community gallery. Features, models, and UI are as shown at the time of use.
We may add, change, or retire features for operational, security, compliance, or vendor reasons, and will try to notice this on the site. Such changes are not a breach except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. Credits and fees
The Service is metered in credits. The current conversion rate, packs, credit amounts, and listed prices are those shown on the plans page at the time.
Successful calls to billed models (including image, video, audio, and prompt optimisation) deduct credits. Uploads and plain-text nodes that do not call a billed model do not.
Canvas jobs reserve credits first and settle completed steps; failed or cancelled steps refund the unused hold. Workbench jobs deduct before they enter the queue. If a vendor fails after deduction, treat the billing ledger as authoritative and contact us to reconcile.
Online checkout is not yet available. You may add credits with a redeem code in the account menu. Credits do not currently expire. Gift and paid credits share one balance and are not transferable, withdrawable, or redeemable for cash except where law requires.
New accounts may receive promotional credits as stated at sign-up. Jobs that would cost more than the remaining balance may be blocked.
6. Your content and outputs
“User Content” includes prompts, uploaded references, canvas configuration, metadata, and works you save or choose to publish.
You warrant that you have the rights or licences needed for User Content, and that it does not infringe third-party IP, portrait, reputation, or privacy rights, or violate law or public order.
To the extent permitted by law, you own rights in generated outputs. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence, sublicensable to necessary infrastructure providers, to store, copy, transcode, and deliver User Content and outputs in order to run, maintain, back up, and improve the Service, and to display works you publish in the gallery. Unpublishing does not unwind lawful prior display.
Outputs may resemble other users’ results. We do not warrant uniqueness, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular commercial, medical, legal, or other professional purpose. Review before you use or publish.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, discriminatory, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive material; attack, scrape, or disrupt systems; bypass credits, authentication, or security; use another person’s account; or use the Service to train a competing model or to run unauthorised bulk extraction.
We may remove content, limit features, freeze credits, or terminate accounts, and may report conduct to competent authorities. Credits lost as a result of enforcement are generally not restored.
8. Third-party models
Generation depends on third-party models and infrastructure. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or artefacted. We do not warrant those parties’ continuity or accuracy.
Interruptions from force majeure, vendor failure, network issues, or legal change will be handled reasonably; we are not liable for resulting indirect loss.
9. Our intellectual property
Except as stated in these Terms, software, UI, marks, copy, and documentation remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, lease, or use them outside these Terms without written permission.
10. Change, suspension, and termination
We may maintain or upgrade the Service. You may stop using it at any time and may request account deletion through in-product paths. After deletion we handle remaining data under the Privacy Policy, except where law requires retention.
We may suspend or terminate the Service for serious breach, fraud, or legal risk. Unused credits are generally not refunded after termination unless mandatory law or a written exception applies.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you actually paid for the Service in the twelve months before the dispute; if you paid nothing, the cap is RMB 100. This does not affect non-waivable consumer protections.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes should first be negotiated in good faith. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at our operator’s domicile.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. The updated text will be published on this site; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will try to notify you in-product or by email.
